We live in a complex society that often seems “non-stop”. Some people tell me they have trouble slowing down and enjoying the everyday moments such as playing with their kids, or spending time with their loved ones. Other people tell me they are overreacting when driving, at work, or home.
Related to this, therapy can help you learn how to enjoy everyday life more fully, and manage everyday life stress with clarity and patience. In particular, I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing life transitions, such as parenting, new relationships, or finding your career path. I am also here for those who are tired of frequently feeling angry, irritable, or tense and anxious. We can work on these things together, and I will encourage you to learn strategies and skills to manage these feelings. With therapy, you may begin to feel more confidence or clarity in managing the challenges of life hurdles and day-to-day stress.
